About Us

The mission of the Ford Motor Company Rouge Complex Fire Department is to minimize the risk of fire and other hazards to the employees and properties of the Ford Motor Company.

To accomplish this mission, the Fire Department provides response to fires, medical emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, high angle and confined space rescues, and other emergencies as they arise.

These services are provided immediately to any person who has the need anywhere in the Rouge Complex. Our area of response is, but not limited to the Rouge Complex.

Inspection services maintain the integrity of automatic fire detection devices.

Ford Fire / Rescue Operations is an industry wide leader in technical rescue and fire suppression systems management. On the job training is to enhance skills and competencies and improve all around safety awareness as it relates to your every day job. It becomes a partnership we can live with!
